Our annual Christmas rapid play tournament will take place in The Hub at the Open University on the evening of Thursday, 19th December 2019, commencing at 19:30.

The tournament is open to all members and you do not have to belong to the ECF to participate.

There will be mince pies and prizes for everyone in what will be a fun evening.

The Chess Club will be closed on Thursday, 26th December 2019 and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2020. That evening we are hosting the first round of the Bedfordshire County Championship. There are no league matches that night, but club competition games and friendly games can be played as usual.
